Crafty Creations Challenge #301

This card is for the new challenge over at Crafty Creations which is Colourful!. The sponsor is SLS Lines and I used the image Hearts & Rainbows which I coloured with Polychromos. I also added coloured gems and some hand cut clouds. The sunshine is stamped using the set from My Favourite Things called 'Everyday Is A Picnic"
