Crafty Catz #318

Hi everyone, it's time for another challenge over at Crafty Catz and this week it's 'Decoupage'. The sponsor this week is Julia Spiri and the image I have used is The Fantasy Hat. I used a combination of  paper piecing and Spectrum Noir pens to colour and layer up the image and added some Stickles Glitter glue and pearls.
