Digi Reindeer

I have made this card for the following challenges:


The paper I used was from the Bearly Mine Designs Christmas freebies. The digi image of the reindeer I got free but can't remember where I got it from and I will add it when I remember it. I coloured it in with Promarkers. The circle die cuts are from Spellbinders and the outer die cut is from Marianne's Designs. The jewels are from Kanban and all the cardstock is from DCWV's card stacks. Also the coloured string is from Celebrate which I purchased from my local shop Sew Simple.

Traditional Colours

This card is for the following challenges:

The papers and brads are from the Forever Friends Cosy Christmas Collection and the image and greeting are from the Penny Black Holly Day Critters. The scalloped circle and plain circle are Spellbinders dies.

Party Turtle

This card is using another one of the Turtle digis stamps bundle I got from Bugaboo Stamps. I entered the card into the following challenges:


I used Promarkers to colour the Turtle, the border punch was from Martha Stewart and the ribbon was from my local craft store. The papers are from the Forever Friends Christmas Collection. The die cuts are made using Marianne's Dies.

Baby Bear

This card is for the following challenges:



I used a Forever Friendsdecoupage image and papers for the main focus and the corner piece. The other embellishments including the flocked ones are from a DCWV kit that I got from QVC a couple of years ago. The flowers are also from a QVC kit. The pins and lace are from my local craft shop which has now gone online, Sew Simple, yay!

Winter Fairy

This card is for the following challenges:





This card was made using some of the papers and letters from the Nitwits Joyful Hearts Collection (I've just got my wages and spent far too much money on these gorgeous sets - I just couldn't decide) and I cut the snowflakes from the papers using a Spellbinders die. I added some glitter and jewels and the charm was one I found on eBay.

4 U Card

This card is my first opportunity to use the Bugaboo Digi stamps that I bought the other day, I choose the two bundles of turtles as there is lots of different images for different occassions. I submitted this card for the following challenges:

  • The flowers and turtle image were cut by hand for the challenge at Paper Sundaes.

I used some papers andembellishments printed from the Kanban wobblers CD, the beautiful piece of ribbon was recycled from a birthday cake and I added some Hunkydory jewels and some Glitter Glue.

Birthday Greetings

This card was a little change from the Christmas Cards I have been making. I entered it into the following challenges:


I used a Forever Friends image and greeting stamp and the papers are from Magnolia. I coloured the bear with Promarkers and the presents with Brilliance Inks.

Red & Gold Tilda

This card is for the following challenges:

I have used both Promarkers and Brilliance Inks to colour the Tilda image and the Papers are all from the Magnolia collections. I used Spellbinders Circle and oval dies for the centres. I also did some recycling using the red ribbon from my Sisters Christmas Cake and the beads, gold ribbon and gold leaves are from our Christmas Crackers. Now that's crafting while thinking of the environment.

My First Nit Wits Card

This card is using mostly just Nitwits papers and embellishments from the Still Joyful Hearts Collection.


I just love these images and the colours and styles of the Collections as soon as I get paid I will be getting many more.


I also added a little bit of glitter cardstock and glitter glue for a little bit of added sparkle. I entered this card into the following challenges:

Seeing Red!

Even though Xmas is very nearly over I've decided that as I have got all my Christmas stuff still out I will keep going with my Christmas cards. This card is for the following challenges:

I used a Marianne's Creatables die for the decorated half circle at the back and the flower and leaves are from Prima flowers. The red pearls are from a QVC kit I got last year and the stamped greeting is from a Daisy and Dandelion stampset.

I hope everyone had a good Christmas day yesterday and are enjoying their Boxing Day.

I used Forever Friends card and paper from the Christmas Collection, the snowflakes are made with Marianne's Dies, the greeting is from the Daisy and Dandelion acrylic stamp set and the ribbons are from my ribbon box.

Forever Friends New Year Card

This New Year's card is for the following three challenges:

  • The layout is for the Friday Sketchers challenge at "fridaysketchersblog.blogspot.com"
  • It had to be a New Year project for the Belles n Whistles challenge at "bnwchallenges.blogspot.com". To qualify you had to use a Belles n Whistles image which I unfortunately didn't have and no money or time to purchase one at the moment but will definitely be doing so after pay day as the images are so cute. I entered anyway -just for the fun of it.
  • Anything Goes was the challenge at Simon Says Stamp "simonsaysstampschallenge.blogspot.com"


The papers are from the Daisy and Dandelion Christmas set and the image is from one of the Forever Friends decoupage kits. The greeting is from the Papermania "Home for Christmas" set and the green metallic textured cardstock is from American Crafts. I also added a punched border using a Martha Stewart punch and the little stars are from the 'waste'.

Forever Friends Present Card

This card is for one of the girls I work with and I have entered it into the following challenges:

  • The papers for the background with the Candy canes are for the Sweet As Candy challenge from Meljens Design Team "meljensdesignsdt.blogspot.com"
  • The challenges for Crafty Pad "thecraftypad.blogspot.com" and for the Stamp Fairy "stampfairychallenge.blogspot.com" asked for Anything Goes.
  • Both the challenges for Cutie Sunday "cutie-sunday.blogspot.com" and Craft Your Passions "craftyourpassionchallenges.blogspot.com" wanted something for Christmas.
  • The challenge at Die Cut Dreams "diecutdreams.blogspot.com" asked for a Girlie Card.


The papers are all from the DCWV Rose Tinted Christmas collection as are the ribbon stickers and the brads.The greeting is from the Penelope & Percy clear stamps range. I also used a Forever Friends stamp from the 8 x 8 stamp set. The package is made using paper piecing techniques and the bear is coloured with Promarkers.

Penny Black Gift Box

This Gift Box will be to put a friends Christmas Gift in. I have entered it into the following challenges:

  • The front of the box is the sketch from Sweet Sketch Wednesday "sweetsketchwednesday.blogspot.com".
  • The challenges at Winter Wonderland "christmasblogchallenge.blogspot.com", Everybody Art "everybody-art-challenge.blogspot.com" and Stampavie and More "stampwithsarahkay.blogspot.com" wanted Gift Wrap, Boxes etc.
  • The Competition from Double Dutch "doubledutchchallenges.blogspot.com" wanted a Gift Box using their template but I used one of my own - hope that's ok.
  • And the challenge from Paperplay "paperplaychallenge.blogspot.com" wanted something that wasn't a card.

The image is from Penny Black Holly Day Critters Set and the other three sides and the top are embellished with Marianne Creatables flowers and the snowflakes are from the corner punch from Martha Stewart's Aspen Snow. The card for the box and the papers are from the Daisy and Dandelion Christmas collection.
I added some red pearls that I got from a QVC kit a couple of years back.
